I visited Sleep Coach, Abby Desjardien on her podcast, Things That Keep Us Up At Night, to talk about the impact that our work experiences have on other areas of our lives, such as our quality of sleep and self-care. We had a great discussion on "noticing" how our inner desires that show up in our relationship with work and other areas of our lives and how reflection and action help us understand what we need out of work and life.
